Strict & Non-Negotiable Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which Knoqlogico IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Knoqlogico,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund for Digital Marketing, Web Development, Branding, and other IT-related Services. By engaging our services, the Client (“You” or “Your”) agrees to this Policy in its entirety.

1. General Policy Statement

All services provided by Knoqlogico are custom, labor-intensive, and non-tangible. Once work has commenced, time and resources have been allocated, making the service inherently non-refundable. All payments made to Knoqlogico are non-refundable, except under the strict and specific conditions outlined in Section 3.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Initial Setup Fees/Consultation Fees: Fees for project scoping, strategy development, initial consultation, and account setup.

  • Completed Milestones/Deliverables: Any portion of the fee covering a project phase or deliverable that has been approved, even verbally, or for which work has been completed.

  • Service Termination by Client: If the Client terminates a contract or service agreement before the agreed-upon completion date.

  • Delay/Lack of Input: Delays or project failures due to the Client’s failure to provide timely content, feedback, or necessary access (e.g., website login, ad account access).

  • SEO & Digital Marketing: Due to the volatile nature of search engine algorithms, third-party platform policies (e.g., Google, Facebook), and competitive landscape, no refunds are provided based on traffic, ranking, or conversion results. We guarantee effort and execution as per the strategy, not specific outcomes.

  • Third-Party Costs: Payments made to third-party vendors on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid software licenses, advertising spend).

3. Strict Conditions for Eligibility (Partial Refund)

A Client may be eligible for a partial refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Written Cancellation: A formal, written request for cancellation and refund is received by Knoqlogico within 48 hours of the initial payment date.

  2. No Work Commenced: Knoqlogico has demonstrably not commenced any substantial project work, allocation of resources, strategic planning, or account setup related to the paid service.

  3. No Deliverables Shared: No drafts, wireframes, strategic documents, or access credentials have been shared with the Client.

If these three conditions are met, a refund may be issued, minus a mandatory 20% Administration and Processing Fee to cover banking charges, administrative overhead, and initial internal resource allocation.

4. Chargeback Policy

Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all services and accounts managed by Knoqlogico. We reserve the right to counter any chargeback with all relevant documentation and, if necessary, pursue the Client for all outstanding balances and legal fees incurred.

5. Processing & Contact

  • Processing Time: Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 to 45 business days from the date of approval.

  • Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
